Kelly Cook is a seasoned Physician Assistant with over 22 years of experience in the medical field, including 15 years specializing in hormone replacement therapy (HRT). His HRT journey began at Coppell Family Medical Center and continued at the Low T Center, where he joined in 2010 during the early days of the testosterone therapy movement. At the Low T Center, Kelly played a pivotal role in the company’s rapid expansion—from a single clinic to more than 40 clinics nationwide within a few short years. His responsibilities included serving as a Center Director, developing treatment protocols, overseeing clinic operations, recruiting, and contributing to clinical research. Starting as a medical provider, Kelly advanced to become the National Quality Assurance Manager before his departure. During his time there, Kelly co-authored three articles published in prominent medical journals. One notable piece, titled “Risks of Myocardial Infarction and Strokes in Men Treated with Testosterone: The Low T Experience,” was selected as late-breaking news by the American Association of Clinical Endocrinologists and featured as a poster presentation at the 2015 AACE Conference. In 2016, Kelly joined the Men’s T Clinic team, where he has continued his mission of delivering exceptional, patient-centered care. With a wealth of experience, he now helps train and mentor providers across the Men’s T Clinic system, ensuring the highest standards in care. Kelly earned his undergraduate degree in Biology and Chemistry from Hardin-Simmons University, where he also played football and was named Academic All-Conference in two seasons. He later received his Master of Physician Assistant Studies from the University of North Texas Health Science Center. Outside of work, Kelly enjoys spending time with his wife—his college sweetheart—and their three wonderful children. He’s an avid outdoorsman who loves fishing, skiing, working out, and cheering on his kids in their sports activities.
